I was fortunate to learn about Neurofeedback and go through the best hands, with state of the art technology. When I arrived at Brain Training Center I was going through adverse situations, which led me to suffer from exogenous depression. I slept very little. Doing the brain map surprised me! In the Diagnosis it found everything that my body was suffering from, very real and accurate. The brain map does not lie. The neurofeedback therapy, in my case, gave results from day one! With the first session I was able to have a better rest, a restful sleep. In addition to sleep, the therapy helped me improve in different aspects: concentration, I had more energy, depression symptoms decreased, it was the beginning of my recovery. I had already heard Claudia talking about neurofeedback and I wanted to do the brain map because cancer and Alzheimer's disease run in my family. The truth is that I was surprised by the results, I understood that I have to change my eating habits, additionally to the neurofeedback training. Now I feel very happy. I did two blocks of neurofeedback training with sLORETA, each of 20 sessions. I did not notice an immediate change. It was about two months later when I really noticed that in general all my stress and way of receiving life events, my sleep and in general my peace of mind had completely improved.

I came to BTC because I started to forget a lot of things. The main thing that I experienced after the training of about 20 sessions, was that I went back to signing as I used to sign about 8 years ago. I was already scared of going into a bank and having to sign because I had forgotten how to do it. I was surprised when I spontaneously signed.
